Methodology for Analyzing the Manageability of Country Communication Modes

Analyzing of communication modes is a new direction not only in Russian, but also foreign studies. As result, methodology just being formed. The article devoted to the description author’s methodology, which allows identify types management and degree controllability different countries. author relies on systematic, cybernetic approach, theory complex systems, uses matrix method comparative analysis. Manageability defined as measure control by center (management entities that make decisions about rules institutions), taking into account voluntary consent objects with level their autonomy subordination. basis are three significant parameters: 1) location (inside or outside country); 2) conventionality regime centre; 3) assessment indicators manageability. main criteria manageability are: ability mode centres transfer it from one state another without conflict; achieve controlled parameters mode; use mechanisms self-organization self-reflection regulate modes.
